**Job Title:** PM Shift Charge Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN-SNF) **Location:** Fond du Lac, WI **Salary:** $38 – $48 per hour (Premium pay for weekend work) **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated PM Shift Charge Nurse (RN) for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

**Responsibilities:**

Oversee nursing staff during PM shifts

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Provide patient assessments and care plans

Communicate effectively with patients and families

**Qualifications:**

Current RN license in Wisconsin

Experience in a SNF or similar setting preferred

Strong leadership and communication skills
