The ideal candidate will provide behavior analysis services to clients with developmental disabilities. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Provide training and supervision to RBTs and staff.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
