**Job Title:** Private Duty LPN/LVN – Nights **Location:** Newbern, TN **Salary:** Competitive, based on experience **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Private Duty LPN/LVN to provide exceptional care for our clients during night shifts. **Responsibilities:**

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.

• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families.

**Qualifications:**
  • Current LPN/LVN license in Tennessee.
  • Previous experience in private duty or home health preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
