**Salary:** $26 – $32 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate RN / LPN Pediatric Home Health Nurse to provide exceptional care to children in a home setting.
**Responsibilities:**
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team.
Educate families on care plans and health management.
Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN or LPN license in NC.
Experience in pediatric care preferred.
