**Job Title:** Registered Nurse – Step Down RN **Location:** Portsmouth, NH **Salary:** $1,908 – $2,127 per week

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Step Down Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients transitioning from intensive care. Responsibilities include:

Monitoring patient vitals and administering medications

Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop care plans

Educating patients and families on post-discharge care

Documenting patient progress and responding to emergencies
