**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) Behavioral Health Nights
**Location:** Leesburg, VA
**Salary:** $40 – $50 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Behavioral Health unit during night shifts.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with mental health disorders.
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on mental health issues and treatment options.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Virginia.
Experience in behavioral health preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
