**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated RN/LPN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff during the 3 PM to 11 PM shift.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise and support nursing staff in patient care activities.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Coordinate patient care and communicate with healthcare teams.
Manage patient admissions, discharges, and care plans.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN/LPN license in Virginia.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
