**Salary:** $90,000 – $100,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our team in providing high-quality behavioral services.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor BCBA and RBT staff.
Conduct assessments and analyze data to track client progress.
Collaborate with families and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Provide training and support to staff on best practices.
**Qualifications:**
– Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
