The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.
Supervising nursing staff and conducting performance evaluations.
Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Participating in staff training and development programs.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
