We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Minot, ND. The ideal candidate will assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients with disabilities or injuries.
**Responsibilities:**
Support patients in therapeutic activities and exercises.
Monitor patient progress and report to the occupational therapist.
Maintain equipment and ensure a safe therapy environment.
Document patient care and treatment outcomes accurately.
**Qualifications:**
Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting.
Current state licensure or certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
