The ideal candidate will provide specialized care to critically ill infants, focusing on developmental support and rehabilitation. **Responsibilities:**

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for NICU patients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

• Educate families on therapeutic techniques and infant care.

• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Current Texas PT license.
  • Experience in a NICU setting preferred.
