**Salary:** $36.23 – $53.02 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Long Term Acute Care Med Surg unit.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term acute care setting.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Illinois.
Experience in med-surg or long-term care preferred.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
