We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist specializing in Pelvic Health for our outpatient clinic in Dayton, OH.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide evidence-based pelvic health therapy to patients.
Educate patients on pelvic health issues and self-management strategies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
**Qualifications:**
Licensed Physical Therapist in Ohio.
Experience in pelvic health preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
