**Job Title:** Registered Nurse – Telemetry **Location:** Grand Junction, CO **Salary:** $34.64 – $52.52 per hour **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, monitor vital signs, and interpret telemetry readings. **Responsibilities:**

• Assess and document patient conditions

• Administer medications and treatments

• Collaborate with healthcare teams

• Educate patients and families on care plans

**Qualifications:**
  • Current RN license in Colorado
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Telemetry experience preferred
