**Salary:** $38 – $57 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families on communication strategies and techniques.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Current NY state licensure.
Experience in skilled nursing preferred.
