We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to take on the role of Charge Nurse in our facility.
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team
Assist in developing care plans and patient education
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
**Qualifications:**
Current NY LPN license
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in a clinical setting preferred
