**Job Title:** Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health **Location:** Visalia, CA (Fresno Area) **Salary:** $52 – $60 per hour

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Home Health team in Visalia, CA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients’ homes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA PT license.
• Experience in home health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
