**Salary:** $82,924 – $132,679 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Hand Therapist or Occupational Therapist OTR/L to join our team in Issaquah. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
Evaluate and treat patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans to enhance functional abilities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and home exercises.
**Qualifications:**
Current OTR/L certification and Hand Therapy Certification preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in hand therapy is a plus.
