**Salary:** $30.00 – $36.57 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN to join our team on a PRN basis.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with daily living activities and patient education.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in West Virginia.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
