**Job Title:** Juvenile Home Therapist
**Location:** Kalamazoo, MI
**Salary:** $50,000 – $65,000 annually
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Juvenile Home Therapist to provide therapeutic support to at-risk youth in a residential setting.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each youth’s needs.
Collaborate with families, staff, and external agencies.
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation and case notes.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Valid state licensure (LMSW, LPC, etc.).
Experience with at-risk youth preferred.
