Salary: $31,000 – $68,640 per year

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health LPN to provide quality care to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitoring patient health and reporting changes
  • Assisting with daily living activities
  • Educating patients and families on health management
  • Maintaining accurate patient records

    • Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in Colorado
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in home health preferred
