We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Snohomish, WA. The ideal candidate will assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients with disabilities or injuries.
**Responsibilities:**
Support patients in therapeutic activities and exercises.
Monitor patient progress and report to the occupational therapist.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Assist in the preparation of treatment materials and equipment.
**Qualifications:**
COTA certification and state licensure required.
