We are seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager for the NOC shift to oversee nursing operations in our facility.
**Responsibilities:**
Manage nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
**Qualifications:**
– Current RN license in Arizona
– Previous management experience preferred
