**Job Title:** Behavior Specialist – STRIDE **Location:** Youngsville, PA **Salary:** $44,186 – $54,892 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist to join our STRIDE team in Youngsville, PA. The ideal candidate will support individuals with behavioral challenges through assessment, intervention, and skill-building strategies. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized plans.

• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.

• Provide training and support to staff on behavior management.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Experience in behavioral analysis and intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
