We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Neonatal ICU, working night shifts. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to critically ill newborns and support their families.
**Responsibilities:**
Monitor and assess patients’ conditions
Administer medications and treatments
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Educate families on care plans and procedures
Maintain accurate patient records
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Oklahoma
Experience in NICU preferred
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
