**Job Title:** Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Sr. BCBA) **Location:** Fort Worth, TX **Salary:** $90,000 – $100,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Sr. BCBA to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in behavior analysis and a passion for improving client outcomes. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Supervise and mentor junior BCBAs and RBTs.

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

• Monitor and analyze data to ensure program effectiveness.

• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
