**Job Title:** Physical Therapist Assistant (IPT) – Home Health **Location:** Springfield, IL **Salary:** Competitive, commensurate with experience **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (IPT) for our Home Health team in Springfield, IL. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. **Responsibilities:**

• Provide direct patient care in home settings.

• Assist patients with exercises and mobility training.

• Document patient progress and report to the supervising therapist.

• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

**Qualifications:**
  • Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting.
  • Current Illinois PTA license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
