We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our team in Katy, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
Implementing and monitoring behavior intervention strategies.
Training and supervising RBTs and other staff members.
Collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure effective service delivery.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client progress.
**Qualifications:**
– Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
– BCBA certification
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
