**Salary:** $100,000 – $135,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team in Kahului, HI. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive palliative care to patients with life-limiting illnesses.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Manage symptoms and provide emotional support to patients and families.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Educate patients and families on end-of-life options and resources.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Nursing.
Current NP license in Hawaii.
Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
