**Job Title:** 7on/7off Hospice Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) **Location:** San Francisco, CA **Salary:** $35 – $45 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice LVN to join our team in San Francisco. This position offers a 7on/7off schedule, providing a balanced work-life environment.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide direct patient care in hospice settings.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
    • Support patients and families with emotional and physical needs.
  • Qualifications:
    • Current LVN license in California.
    • Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
