**Job Title:** Adult Nurse Practitioner **Location:** Portland, OR **Schedule:** 7 ON, 7 OFF; 8-10 hour shifts **Salary:** $133,000 – $145,000 annually

We are seeking a dedicated Adult Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Portland. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to adult patients, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Prescribe medications and manage treatment protocols.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Nursing, current NP license, and relevant experience preferred.
