**Job Title:** Onsite School BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) **Location:** Sacramento, CA **Salary:** $70,000 – $90,000 annually **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated Onsite School BCBA to join our team in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will provide behavioral assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with educators and parents. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis.

• Design and oversee behavior intervention plans.

• Train and support school staff in behavior management techniques.

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations.

**Qualifications:**

BCBA certification required.

Experience in school settings preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
