**Job Title: Ophthalmic Technician** **Location: Rockport, ME** **Salary: $20.45 – $24.63 per hour**

We are seeking a dedicated Ophthalmic Technician to join our team in Rockport, ME. The ideal candidate will assist ophthalmologists in providing high-quality patient care.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform preliminary eye exams and diagnostic tests.
    • Assist with patient history and documentation.
    • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
    • Maintain and sterilize equipment.
    • Provide excellent patient education and support.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Certification as an Ophthalmic Technician preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
