We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Communicable Disease Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Conducting assessments and providing care for patients with communicable diseases.
Educating patients and the community on disease prevention and control.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
Maintaining accurate patient records and reporting disease outbreaks.
Participating in public health initiatives and outreach programs.
**Qualifications:**
– Current RN license in Kentucky
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Experience in public health or infectious diseases preferred
