**Job Title: Hospice LPN** **Location: Beaverton, OR** **Salary: $34.00 – $39.99 per hour**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice LPN to join our team in Beaverton, OR. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a hospice setting.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
    • Provide emotional support to patients and families.
    • Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
    • Document patient care accurately and timely.

    Qualifications:

    • Current LPN license in Oregon.
    • Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
