**Salary:** $40,000 – $50,000 per year
**Job Description:**
We are seeking dedicated Outpatient Counselors & Clinicians to join our team in Winston-Salem. The ideal candidates will provide therapeutic services to individuals and families facing mental health challenges.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation and case notes.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
**Qualifications:**
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
Valid North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
