**Job Title:** ABA Coordinator – Board Certified / Assistant Behavior Analyst – BCaBA or BCBA **Location:** Santa Cruz, CA **Salary:** $40 – $50 per hour **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated ABA Coordinator to lead our team in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services.

**Responsibilities:**

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Conduct assessments and analyze data to track client progress.

Supervise and mentor staff and trainees.

Collaborate with families and other professionals.

Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

**Qualifications:**

Current BCaBA or BCBA certification.

Experience in ABA therapy preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
