**Job Title:** PRN Home Health RN
**Location:** Canjilon, NM
**Salary:** $25 – $45 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Home Health RN to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in New Mexico.
Previous home health experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
