**Job Title:** Licensed Clinical Supervisor **Location:** Covina, CA **Salary:** $82,000 – $130,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical team in Covina, CA. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for mental health. **Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and mentor clinical staff, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Conduct regular case reviews and provide clinical guidance.

• Develop and implement treatment plans for clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
