**Salary:** $70,000 – $85,000 per year

We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Arizona.
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in home health.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
