We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our assisted living team in Lake Mills, WI.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide direct patient care and support to residents.
Administer medications and monitor vital signs.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
Current LPN license in Wisconsin.
