**Job Description:**
We are seeking a licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to join our team in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
**Qualifications:**
Valid California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in diverse therapeutic modalities preferred.
