The ideal candidate will provide personalized therapy services to patients in their homes, enhancing their ability to perform daily activities. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques.

• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid California OT license.
  • Experience in home health preferred.
