We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic in Oswego, NY. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients recovering from injuries and surgeries.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
Licensed Physical Therapist in NY.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
