**Job Title:** BCBA – Home Supervisor **Location:** Woodbridge, NJ **Salary:** $95 – $105 per hour **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to oversee multiple cases within a 10-minute drive in Woodbridge, NJ. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality behavioral analysis and support to clients in their homes. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.

• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Collaborate with families and other professionals.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.

**Qualifications:**

Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.

BCBA certification required.

Experience in home-based services preferred.
