Job Description

**Job Title:** RN Home Health/Hospice **Location:** Corpus Christi, TX **Salary:** $71,000 – $80,000 per year

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN for our Home Health/Hospice team in Corpus Christi. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a home setting, ensuring comfort and dignity for patients and their families.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Educate patients and families on care procedures.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care.

    Qualifications include an active RN license in Texas and previous home health or hospice experience preferred.
