**Job Title:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Clinical Supervisor **Location:** Fredericksburg, VA **Salary:** $76,000 – $100,000 per year **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead our team in Fredericksburg, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges. **Responsibilities:**

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff.

• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.

• Collaborate with families and other professionals.

• Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards.

**Qualifications:**
  • Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
