We are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Wound and Infection Control to join our healthcare team.
**Responsibilities:**
Assess and manage patients with wounds and infections.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on wound care and infection prevention.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Monitor and document patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Ohio.
Experience in wound care and infection control preferred.
Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
