**Salary:** $43 – $45 per hour

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated RN Night Shift Supervisor to lead our nursing team during night shifts.
**Responsibilities:**
Oversee nursing staff and patient care during night shifts.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Conduct staff evaluations and provide mentorship.
Manage patient admissions, discharges, and care plans.
Respond to emergencies and coordinate with medical staff.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Virginia.
Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
