We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse for our Assisted Living facility in Mount Angel, OR. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct health assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal resident care.
Educate residents and families on health management.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
**Qualifications:**
Current RN license in Oregon.
Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
